RDA understands that emergencies happen, and priorities compete. Please understand that once you commit to attending our training, your registration fees are used in part, to secure venue operations which include physical space, rental equipment, food and service, credentialing fees etc. In addition you have reserved a space that may not be able to be refilled. Therefore the following policy applies to each workshop sponsored by Robert Douglas and Associates:

-RDA requires cancellations from paid attendees to be made in writing, prior to and received by 30 days before the workshop date to receive a full refund. A 35.00 non-refundable processing fee is charged.

-No partial refunds are granted.

Transferring Registration

Attendees can transfer their registration to another professional up to 72 hours before the workshop. To do this:
1. Paid registrant must contact RDA via email at rintveld@verizon.net or by phone at 732-531-1226 and inform of their need to cancel, and transfer their registration. They provide the name and contact information of person who is taking their place. A 35.00 non-refundable processing fee is charged.
2. New registrant (transferee) must contact RDA to confirm transfer.
3. An email from RDA will be sent to both the registrant and new attendee confirming transfer has been completed.

Workshop Cancellations

In the event RDA cancels the workshop, all attendees will receive 100% refund and option to take the online/fusion training.


All attendees should use their own judgment to determine if travel to the venue is hazardous.

Cancellations due to weather are determined between RDA, venue operators and local authorities and will be posted on this website only if there are cancellations.

In the event a weather condition requires cancellation, RDA will make every effort to reschedule the workshop in the very near future and credit to that workshop will be honored. Refunds are considered on an individual basis and contacting RDA is required. Processing fees apply.


We are fully committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the ethical principles of professional associations that approved our organization to offer continuing education. We will comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in promotional activities, program content and in the treatment of program participants.

The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards will be the responsibility of our organizational staff, and if needed, in consultation with continuing education advisory members.

While we go to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and prevent potential problems, there will be occasional issues that come to the attention of staff that require intervention or action on the part of staff or the continuing education administrator. The following steps should serve as a guideline for handling such grievances.

All staff persons are encouraged to immediately resolve grievance issues to the satisfaction of the participant. If needed, staff may consult with the administrator or other advisory CE members.

Participants of our course can also direct all complaints to our staff, who can be reached calling 732-531-1226
The administrator will evaluate all grievances and take any necessary corrective action, which may include:
•specifically correcting the grievance to the person’s satisfaction or
•provide a partial or full refund of the course fee.

All complaints are carefully and regularly considered for course and service enhancement.
